What physical preparation do I need?
The physical preparation that the planche requires isn't a lot. The minimum that is required is that a person can do at least 10 dips and 10 pull-ups.
Do I need any equpment?

How long is it going to take me to learn Full Planche?
Learning time depends on many things, but mostly on how bad you want it. It would take a person with bad genetic strength and minimal physical preparation 10 to 12 months to master the full planche using this program. But for those of you who are better prepared, (over 20 pull-ups; over 30 dips; over 50 push-ups) it will certainly take much less time.
How to use the program?
When you buy the program, you will automatically receive an email with a PDF file that you can download on any device that is convenient for you. In it, you will get the book with the most important information and rules I have learned throughout all my 7 years of training. After that, you will get a weekly routine with a specific goal, that when you complete, you will know you're ready for the next level. You are going to have training "A", which will be focused on the level you are at and training "B", which aims to take you to the next one. For each exercise in the program you will get a video on how to execute the movement.
